  • Introduction to mindful eating practices and stress management techniques.

  • Setting goals aligned with one’s sense of purpose and creating an action plan to pursue them.

Week 6: Sustaining Empowerment

  • Reviewing progress and achievements made throughout the program.
  • Discussing strategies for overcoming setbacks and staying resilient.
  • Creating a long-term empowerment plan: setting ongoing goals and maintaining healthy habits.
  • Celebrating successes and acknowledging the journey toward empowerment.

Throughout the program, participants will have access to resources such as worksheets, journal prompts, and recommended readings to deepen their understanding and facilitate personal growth. Additionally, weekly group coaching sessions and a private online community will provide opportunities for support, accountability, and shared experiences among participants.
