Hello, I’m Katie Hollingsworth, the Head Coach and Owner of KRAVE Coaching and Consulting!

As an ICF credentialed Professionally Certified Coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to live and lead in alignment with their purpose, passion, and vision.

I have been a competitive equestrian athlete for the majority of my life as well as owning a full service marketing and business development agency for over 15 years. I have taken this practical knowledge and applied it to my coaching practice, KRAVE Coaching and Consulting, to serve competitive athletes as well as leaders and business owners.

I facilitate the change that my clients need as they prepare to face the future with strength and optimism. My approach is focused on the Core Energy Coaching™ process, created by iPEC’s Bruce D Schneider, Ph.D., M.C.C., which emotionally connects people’s inner purpose and passion to outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results.

When working with competitive athletes, I use a proven methodology to help them develop techniques for optimizing performance through visualization, goal setting, overcoming negative self-talk, and really tap into their potential. I also work with leaders and entrepreneurs who are interested in creating alignment and clarity with their values and goals to attain sustainable results.

I am a passionate and seasoned professional with 20 years of marketing, public relations, brand management, fundraising, and business development experience. I have now coupled those skills with the powerful tool of coaching to maximize my clients’ success.
